En primer lugar siempre hay que desconfiar de e-mails enviados, seguramente a través de e-bay, suelen conseguir las direcciones de correo. Con lo cual la víctima no sospecha.
Los productos suelen ser MUY BARATOS, DESCONFÍE NADIE REGALA NADA.
Los sitios Web con nombres estrafalarios por ejemplo 8888.com, eur724.com etc.. ya dicen que son falsos.
Las formas de pago solo son por TRANSFERENCIA, no admiten pagos con VISA o Paypal, ya que si fuese estafa se podría reclamar a las entidades y en todo caso los Bancos tienen un límite de responsabilidad y Paypal ofrece una opción de COMPRA SEGURA. Por eso no utilizan normalmente estos medios de pago.
También se les suele identificar porque son sitios Web recién creados, suelen ser tiendas hechas con formularios de los servidores donde se alojan y además casi todas ofrecen una vista parecida.
Una vez han efectuado el pago les remiten un comprobante de envio, por TNT,UPS etc. y al cabo de una semana les reclaman los gastos de aduana , por lo que estafan de nuevo.
Y sobre todo, siempre es mejor comprar a tiendas conocidas, que tienen locales al público y estan sometidad a las leyes comerciales.
Ante la duda siempre CONSULTAR A SITIOS COMO EL NUESTRO, porque hacemos una investigación más profunda.
OTROS TIPOS DE FRAUDE:

Es un engaño pues cobran, y es ilegal prácticamente en todos los países occidentales, lo que ocurre es que en Estados Unidos no lo es del todo, se recomienda denunciarlo al Fiscal General De New York, para que se considere un fraude.
En España es ilegal jugar en loterias por Internet, que no sean ESPAÑOLAS Y AUTORIZADAS .
CARTAS NIGERIANAS , Premios de la Loto , ONG FALSAS , ETC.. suelen utilizar teléfonos que en realidad no son del País con lo que pagamos como si hiciesemos consultas a TELEFONOS DE PAGO TIPO 806, nunca se fien , consulten siempre antes de pagar nada.
